Cass is a native of Hugoton, a graduate of Wichita State University and third-generation officer of the bank. Cass started working with the bank in 1992 and was elected to the CSB board in August 1997.
Robin Sullivan, Vice-Chairman, Sr. VP, Asst Cashier

Robin is a native of Hugoton and a third-generation officer of the bank. She started working with the bank in 1973. Robin attended Bethany College. She was elected to the board in March 2005.
Craig D. Young, Vice-Chairman, Sr. VP, CIO
IT Officer
Craig is a native of Hugoton, a graduate of Wichita State University and third-generation officer of the bank. Craig worked at the bank in the mid 1970's and returned in 2001. He was elected to the CSB board in January 2004.
Jack E. Rowden, President and CEO
Chief Lending Officer
Jack is a native of Hugoton, a graduate of Wichita State University and the Colorado School of Banking. Jack started working with the bank in 1979, was elected to the CSB board in January 1993 and became President in May 1997.

Kim is a native of Hugoton, a graduate of Southwestern College of Winfield and the Colorado School of Banking. Kim started working with the bank in 1988.

Teresa is a native of Hugoton and a graduate of Fort Hays State University. She started working with the bank in 1982.

David is a native of Manhattan, Kansas and a graduate of Kansas State University. He joined Citizens State Bank in May 2009.

Hannah is a native of Hugoton and a fourth-generation officer of the bank. She graduated from West Texas A&M in Canyon, Texas. She has been a full-time employee of Citizens State Bank since May 2006.

Tina is a graduate of Emporia State University and a native of Hugoton. She is responsible for compliance with banking regulations. She has been with the Citizens State Bank since May 2011.
